Julia Dallimore

Julia Dallimore is a food and drink photographer based in Derby and co-founder of JaxMore Food and Drink Photography. She brings over 30 years of marketing experience, including senior client-side roles and agency leadership, shaping a commercially focused approach to food and drink imagery.

Her background influences how shoots are planned and executed, with strong emphasis on brand positioning, customer perception and consistency across marketing channels. The aim is to create imagery that helps hospitality venues and producers present their food and drink in a way that builds appetite, strengthens brand confidence and supports premium pricing.

Along with Adam Jackson, Julia co-runs JaxMore Food and Drink Photography, working with hospitality businesses across Derbyshire, the Midlands and the UK, and photographing products for producers in their Derby studio. She also co-created Bleatable, a visibility platform that gives hospitality venues a professional Discovery Page, strong visuals and consistent presence across search, listings and social, helping customers find them and choose them more easily.
